In Nokia Lumia 630 power button is soldered on the motherboard just like the volume keys. Power button is used to turn on and off your mobile phone and is placed on the right side of the mobile phone just below the volume keys. It is almost a fragile part because using it roughly can damaged it and if that happens there is good chance that the prints below the power button might also get damaged.
So if your Nokia 630 power button is not working to repair it you just need to replace it with a new one. If the prints of the button are damaged then you are going to have to make the jumpers as shown in the diagram.

When it comes to hardware, the very first thing that you need to do is to re-solder power button strip and check its on-board connector for any loose contacts.
If the above method not working replace new power button strip.
Check power switch connection line paths across to each components where it is being connected.
