Samsung GT-S5300 Sim Card Ways Jumper Problem Solution
Here’s the full tracing line paths for repairing Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 Insert sim card problem. This solution shows the primary tracks paths for tracing the sim connector pin to the inner part of the circuit component.
The solution below shows the Samsung S5300 pin connector connection line paths through to a particular components that holds the SIM card to work. Just refer to the solution to trace each corresponding pin connection for a quick and easy troubleshooting or repair.

check connections sim card …. resolder sim pin card (if necessary)
check pin sim card one by one:
pin 1 = vcc_sim in C510 and C511
pin 2 = sim_reset in C509
pin 3 = sim_clock in C506
pin 4 = sim_i / o at R505 and C507
pin 5 = not connected
pin 6 = ground
You may first check the SIM supply voltage (VSIM) pin and ground pins, then the SIM Clock pin. The SIM Data and the SIM Reset were directly connected to the PEARL IC, tracing this line paths may need to remove the PEARL IC first. You may also try to replace the capacitors and resistors being connected to it.
So, if the three pin such as VSIM, Ground and SIM clock line paths were all both okay.
The last and only option is to rework the pearl IC or replace if necessary if the Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 still shows insert SIM card or does not detect the SIM card.
