In Samsung Galaxy Star Pro S7262 volume keys are on the right side of the mobile phone, they are used to control the volume like while listening to the music or during a phone call. Volume keys like power buttons are soldered on the motherboard and can easily be damaged if the user puts too much pressure on them.
The first step that should be done is to check whether the volume there is damage or not, if there is damage to try to replace the volume button. If the button is not there a problem, try the next step.
The second step is to check the path of the volume button, if there is a path-breaking or not, if there is a path-breaking try to do the jumper as shown in the picture below.
