You Can Use any cleaning liquid for this purpose like CTC or any other you prefer. If you are certain that the bad connection is not the reason for your Mobile Phone’s fault, then you can replace the Mic with a new one.
If your phone is suffering from this problem then first of all you should replace the Microphone with a new one. If the prints under microphone are broken I have Marked the Sony Ericsson ST18i Mic Ways in the following diagram. Make the jumper for which ever print is causing trouble from under the microphone itself.
