Pictures, Videos and Music will also be removed. It is recommended to backup this data unless willing to lose it.
Note: Personal data such as WiFi passwords, Browser bookmarks, User dictionary, a list of installed Market applications and other customized settings can be backed-up and restored by Google’s servers.
Note(2): Disable automatic restore prior to performing a hard (factory) reset when attempting to determine whether a 3rd party application is the cause of an Operating System / Application issue.
1.Simultaneously press and hold the Power button+Volume up key until Android system recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure) appears then release.
2.From the Android system recovery screen, press and hold the Volume down key, press the Volume up key then release.
3.Select wipe data/factory reset.
Utilize the volume keys to highlight and the Power button to select.
4.Select Yes — delete all user data.
Allow several seconds for the factory data reset process to complete.
5.Select reboot system now.
Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
Do again the same procedure of initial setting as for a new phone
