Open the Qpst program and start the client from the top, then press software download.
Make a backup of xqcn from the Back-Up section. When finished, enter twrp again into the advanced terminal and delete the blocks.

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/sde33
Reboot.
Then open the device again and turn the diag on again with commands.
Then do IMEI repair with dual writer IMEI program.
Then restore the xqcn backup you received with the Qpst program and restart it.
